Absolutely. Many businesses combine general waste with cardboard, recycling, or soft plastics collections for convenience. Each can be customised with their own collection frequency.

What bin sizes are available for businesses?
We supply 240L, 660L, and 1100L commercial wheelie bins. Sizes to suit small offices through to large warehouses.
How do I know which bin size is right for my business?
Use our size guide to view the dimensions of our bins. You can easily change your bin size or collection frequency anytime using our customer portal.
Can I increase or decrease my bin size later?
Yes, we offer flexibility to adjust bin sizes and/or collection frequency as your business grows or changes. Simply log in to your customer portal to request the change
How do I arrange delivery of a new bin?
Use our simple-to-use customer portal – we’ll deliver bins quickly so you can start collections without delay.
How long does delivery of a new bin take?
Our delivery team will deliver your new bin within 3 business days so you can start filling your new bins right away.
What can I put in the General Waste bin?
Food scraps, non-recyclable plastics, polystyrene, disposable coffee cups, broken crockery, and packaging with food or grease.
What can I put in the Mixed (Co-mingled) Recycling bin?
Glass bottles, cans, paper, cardboard, clean plastic bottles, and containers. No food waste, plastic bags, or polystyrene.
What can I put in the Cardboard Recycling bin?
Flattened boxes, cartons, office paper, and clean cardboard packaging. No greasy or food-soiled cardboard.
What can I put in a Soft Plastics recycling bin?
Clean, clear pallet wrap and cling wrap only. No rigid plastics or contaminated materials.
How do I set up a new business waste collection account?
Simply click the green ‘View Pricing’ button below. Sign up using our simple customer portal. There you will choose your collection type, bin size and collection frequency then enrol in auto-payments for your convenience.
How will I be charged?
Upon signup you will enrol in auto-payments via direct debit or credit card so you never have to worry about managing invoices. Payments are debited once per month after the services have been performed. Usually around the 15th, the month after.
What type of businesses do you collect from?
We collect from any type of business including hospitality, restaurants, pubs & cafe’s, retail stores, Owners corp buildings and residential multi tenanted buildings, industrial customers, offices, schools, other government sites, warehouses and many more.
Do you offer once-off collections?
We provide a recurring collection service only. This ensures reliability, efficiency, and proper scheduling for all our customers. By focusing on ongoing collections, we can keep costs fair, service consistent, and help businesses manage waste sustainably with the right bin sizes and pickup frequencies. However, if you are enrolled in a recurring collection service, you may request a once-off collection if required.
